Without a doctor's appointment, you can undergo cosmetic procedures. All physiotherapy and hydrotherapy require a doctor's consultation to identify indications and contraindications.

How do I apply for a spa card? What is its validity period?
A spa card can be issued at the place of residence in a state polyclinic or a licensed non-governmental medical center before arrival at the hotel.
The sanatorium treatment program is prescribed by the attending physician if the guest has a sanatorium card and mandatory documents.
For adults:
- Sanatorium and resort card in the form No. 072/y:
- clinical blood and urine analysis
- electrocardiographic examination
- chest X-ray examination (fluorography)
- gynecologist's examination for women/urologist for men after 40 years
- Medical insurance policy
Children:
- Sanatorium and resort card in the form No. 076/y:
- clinical blood and urine analysis
- electrocardiographic examination
- chest X-ray examination (fluorography) for children over 15 years old
- gynecologist's examination for girls over 15 years old
- The certificate of the epidermis is not more than 5 days old (including the day of issue)
The validity period of the sanatorium card is 60 days from the date of receipt. When preparing it, the validity period of the survey results is taken into account. Each type of research has its own:
- general blood and urine tests – 10 days;
- ECG up to six months;
- fluorography – up to 1 year;
- gynecologist's examination – six months;
- tests for childhood infections – 3 days.

At what age can children receive medical center services?
The approach to our young guests should be as individual as possible, and based on the fact that children's immunity is quite fragile, treatment according to the documents of the Ministry of Health is prescribed to children who have reached the age of 4 years.

Is it possible to pay with bank cards?
At the Health Center and throughout the hotel, you can pay for the service with any bank card issued in Russia. In addition, the hotel has ATMs of Sberbank and VTB, where you can withdraw money from a card issued by the issuing bank of the Russian Federation. Payment is also accepted in cash.
